13 Approval of Planning Commission not required for leases with terms exceeding 20 years
(1)
This section applies in relation to land that, immediately before its disposal under this Act, was subject to a lease referred to in the Planning and Development Act 2005 section 136(1)(a) or (b).
(2)
The Planning and Development Act 2005 section 136 does not apply, and is to be taken to have not applied, at any time while the land is or was subject to the lease or any renewal or extension of the lease.
