47 Disposal of residual assets and liabilities
(1)
Any part of a business carried on by, or any asset or liability owned by, the Authority that, immediately before the repeal of the Perth Market Act 1926 under section 42, had not been disposed of otherwise under this Act may be assigned from the Authority to the State or another person.
(2)
The Under Treasurer must ensure that the necessary steps are taken to effect any assignment of a part of a business, or an asset or liability, under subsection (1).
