25 Requirement to pay fees or provide information
(1)
If an application fee is payable by an applicant under this Act or the regulations, the CEO does not have to consider the application until the fee is paid.
(2)
The CEO may ask an applicant to provide any information not given in the application that is relevant to making a decision on the application and is within the knowledge or control of the applicant.
(3)
When the CEO asks an applicant for information, the CEO does not have to consider the application, or consider it further, until the information is provided.
