26 Regulations
The Governor may make regulations prescribing all matters —
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1), regulations may —
exempt applicants from payment of application fees for the issue, variation, renewal or transfer of parking bay licences in a prescribed class; and
prescribe offences for the purposes of section 19 (except offences punishable by imprisonment) by setting out the offences or by reference to the provision creating the offence; and
prescribing modified penalties not exceeding $500 for an offence prescribed under paragraph (b).
