109 Amending interim development order
(1)
The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, at any time make an order amending a regional interim development order.
(2)
The Minister may at any time make an order amending a local interim development order.
(3)
Sections 105(1) or (3) and 107(1) apply with any necessary modifications to such an order as if the order were an interim development order.
