110 Revoking interim development order
(1)
The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, at any time by order published —
(a)
once in the Gazette; and
(b)
3 times in a daily newspaper circulating in the part of the State to which the relevant regional interim development order applies,
revoke a regional interim development order.
(2)
The Minister may at any time by order published —
(a)
once in the Gazette; and
(b)
3 times in a daily newspaper circulating in the part of the district to which the relevant local interim development order applies,
revoke a local interim development order.
