122EA Amendment of improvement scheme to remove land to which another improvement scheme will apply
(1)
This section applies to an amendment to an improvement scheme to remove land (the removed land) from the improvement scheme area if another improvement scheme (the subsequent improvement scheme) is to come into operation in relation to any or all of the removed land immediately after the amendment comes into operation.
(2)
Sections 122B(6), 122E(1)(b) and 122G do not apply in relation to the amendment to the extent to which it relates to removed land that is in the improvement scheme area for the subsequent improvement scheme.
