122EB Repeal of improvement scheme if another improvement scheme will apply
(1)
This section applies to the repeal of an improvement scheme that applies to land if another improvement scheme (the subsequent improvement scheme) is to come into operation immediately after the repeal in relation to any or all of that land.
(2)
Sections 122B(6), 122E(2) and 122G do not apply in relation to the repeal to the extent to which it relates to land that is in the improvement scheme area for the subsequent improvement scheme.
