20 Fees for Commission’s services
(1)
The Minister may by notice published in accordance with the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(a) set fees to be charged in respect of anything done under this Act or the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 and services provided by the Commission in connection with its functions.
(2)
Fees set under subsection (1) are payable by the person at whose request or on whose application the act is done.
