32A Planning codes
(1)
The Commission may, with the agreement or on the direction of the Minister, prepare planning codes that make provision for any matter that may be the subject of a local planning scheme.
(2)
The purpose of a planning code is to set out, in relation to any matter referred to in subsection (1), provisions that may be incorporated into a local planning scheme or improvement scheme.
