Information to be advertised

In force

For the purposes of regulation 19, the Commission must prepare an advertisement, which must —

(a)

contain a statement as to why it is proposed to repeal the planning code identified in the instrument of repeal; and

(b)

list the documents related to the proposal to repeal the planning code published on the Commission’s website under regulation 19(2)(b) to (d); and

(c)

invite public submissions on the proposal to repeal the planning code in accordance with regulation 22; and

(d)

contain any other information that the Commission considers appropriate.
