25 Minister’s approval of instrument of repeal
(1)
After the Commission has completed its consideration of submissions under regulation 24, the Commission must —
(a)
submit the instrument of repeal to the Minister; and
(b)
make a recommendation to the Minister as to whether or not the planning code should be repealed.
(2)
The Minister may approve an instrument of repeal submitted under subregulation (1)(a), whether or not the Commission has recommended the repeal.
(3)
The Minister must give the Commission written notice of a decision under subregulation (2).
