617 Consumption of intoxicating liquor
(1)
A member shall not while in uniform consume intoxicating liquor in a public place except with the prior approval of the Commissioner.
(2)
A member does not commit an offence against subregulation (1) if the member consumes intoxicating liquor at the Police Canteen.
