802 Regulations not to affect power conferred on Governor, Commissioner or relevant award
Nothing in these regulations affects —
(a)
the power conferred on the Governor or the Commissioner by sections 6 and 7 respectively of the Act; or
(b)
anything contained in a relevant award.
