804 General Seniority List to be established
(1)
The Commissioner shall cause a list known as the General Seniority List to be established and maintained.
(2)
The General Seniority List shall contain particulars as to the seniority of all members in the Force in accordance with these regulations.
(3)
Subject to these regulations, the General Seniority List as in force immediately prior to the date that these regulations take effect shall continue in force for the purposes of these regulations.
