901A Term used: Certificate of Authority

In this Part —

Certificate of Authority, of a member, means a card that —

(a)

has on it —

(i)

the name and date of birth and a photograph of; and

(ii)

the registered number of, and the office or rank held by,

the member; and

(b)

is issued to the member by or on behalf the Commissioner.
