11 Administration of drugs at hostels
(1)
In this regulation —
medical practitioner means a person who is registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia) in the medical profession.
(2)
The supervisor of a hostel is to ensure that no drug is administered at the hostel to a resident except on the prescription of a medical practitioner.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $500.
