145 Performance of functions and procedures
(1)
An Advisory Panel must perform its functions —
(a)
in accordance with any written direction given by the Chief Health Officer as to the scope or performance of its functions in the circumstances of the particular case; and
(b)
in accordance with any protocols determined under section 146.
(2)
Subject to this Division and the regulations (if any), an Advisory Panel may regulate its own procedure in whatever manner it thinks fit.
