146 Protocols
(1)
The Chief Health Officer may, in writing, determine protocols that must be complied with by Advisory Panels in the performance of their functions.
(2)
The Chief Health Officer must make any protocols determined under this section publicly available without charge.
(3)
The Chief Health Officer may comply with subsection (2) in any way the Chief Health Officer considers appropriate, including (without limitation) by arranging for the protocols to be made available on a website maintained by or on behalf of the Department.
