75 Review of decisions relating to registration
An applicant for the registration of a registrable activity in respect of any premises under this Division, or the holder of a certificate of registration that specifies any premises, may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of a decision of the appropriate enforcement agency that relates to —
the grant or refusal of the application for the registration of the registrable activity in respect of those premises under this Division; or
the imposition of conditions on the registration of the registrable activity in respect of those premises on the application being granted; or
the variation of conditions of the registration of the registrable activity in respect of those premises; or
the suspension or cancellation of the registration of the registrable activity in respect of those premises; or
the refusal of an application to transfer the certificate of registration to another person.
