76 Register of activities and premises to be maintained
An enforcement agency must prepare and maintain, in an approved form, a register listing the registrable activities that are registered by the agency under this Division and the premises in respect of which those activities are registered.
The register must contain any details prescribed by the regulations in respect of the registrable activities and premises listed in the register.
The register must be made publicly available, without charge, during normal business hours.
Without limiting subsection (3), the register may be made publicly available on a website maintained by or on behalf of the enforcement agency.
