Division 1Metropolitan passenger transport functions from Minister to Authority
77 Certain Crown land
Crown land that, immediately before the transfer time, is under the care, control, and management of the Minister administering the Transport Co‑ordination Act 1966 Part II Division 4 or any other person for the purposes of that Division is to be regarded as if it had, at that time —
(a)
been reserved under the Land Administration Act 1997 section 41 for the purposes of performing the Authority’s functions under this Act or the Government Railways Act 1904; and
(b)
under section 46 of that Act, been placed under the care, control, and management of the Authority for those purposes.
