16 Audible devices
Unless authorised in writing by the chief executive officer, a person who blows or plays on any musical instrument in or on a conveyance or a facility commits an offence.
Modified penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $100.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $500.
A person who operates a device producing a sound (other than a telephone) in or on a conveyance or a facility unless the device is operated with the use of a headphone or ear plug or with the prior approval of the chief executive officer commits an offence.
