7 Interference with property
A person who —
(a)
interferes without lawful authority with a sign or equipment in or on Authority property; or
(b)
interferes without lawful authority with the mechanism of or a device in or on a conveyance,
commits an offence.
Modified penalty: a fine of $200.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
