43 Warrants
Where it is shown to the satisfaction of a justice —
that admission to the premises in question has been refused following a request by an authorised officer for entry thereto, or that the premises are unoccupied, or that a request for admission to the premises would defeat the object of the entry; or
that it is reasonably necessary for the due administration of this Act, or for the purpose of preventing of minimising a possible source of danger to the life or health of any person, that entry to the premises in question be made by an authorised officer,
the justice may, by warrant under this hand, authorise that officer and any other person named in the warrant, or any police officer, to enter upon the premises.
A warrant under this section continues in force until the purpose for which it is granted has been satisfied.
