Crown bound

In force

(1)

The possession, storage, use, handling or disposal of, or other dealing with, any radioactive substance, irradiating apparatus or electronic product by the Chief Health Officer or an officer authorised by him in the performance of his duties under this or any other Act is not unlawful.

(2)

Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act binds the Crown.
