22A Power of entry
(1)
The Regulator may, for the purposes of this Act, enter any premises that are used in connection with the operation of a part of the railways network to which the Code applies and inspect the premises or anything in or on the premises.
(2)
A railway owner must facilitate any entry and inspection under subsection (1).
Penalty: $100 000.
