22B Obstruction and deception
(1)
A person must not hinder or obstruct the Regulator exercising any power conferred by this Part.
Penalty: $100 000.
(2)
A person must not give information to the Regulator acting under this Part that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: $100 000.
