134 Commissioner’s certificate

A certificate under the hand of the Commissioner that any person is or is not, or was or was not, licensed or the holder of a current triennial certificate or the holder of a current certificate of registration on the date of, or a date referred to, in the certificate, or as to any other matter contained in a register, shall, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be taken as proof of the matter so certified.

(4)

The Commissioner shall, upon receipt of a request in writing by any person, and payment of the prescribed fee, issue a certificate as to any of the contents of the register.
