136 Commissioner to report to Minister on Act’s effectiveness as to protecting against defalcations
The Commissioner shall, from time to time, submit a report to the Minister as to the opinion of the Commissioner on —
(a)
the effectiveness or otherwise of current provisions for the purpose of providing protection to the public against any defalcations by a licensee; and
(b)
the desirability or otherwise of having further or alternative measures for that purpose,
and where, in the opinion of the Commissioner, it is desirable to have such further or alternative measures, the Commissioner shall include in the report details of a scheme to implement those measures.
