Partners and directors of licensees to be registered in certain cases

In force

On and after the appointed day² a person resident in the State, and not being a licensee who is the holder of a current triennial certificate —

(a)

shall not as a member of a firm that is a licensee and holds a current triennial certificate; or

(b)

shall not as a director of a body corporate that is a licensee and holds a current triennial certificate,

carry out the functions of a sales representative unless he is the holder of a current certificate of registration.

Penalty: a fine of $20 000.
