50 Conditions on certificates of registration
(1)
It is a condition of every certificate of registration that the registered sales representative must comply with the provisions of this Act and the code of conduct for sales representatives.
(2)
It is a condition of every certificate of registration that the registered sales representative must comply with any special condition to which the sales representative’s certificate of registration is subject under section 50AA.
