83 Right of some persons to information in auditors’ reports
On request by any person interested in any moneys or securities held or which ought to be held or which have been received by an agent, the Commissioner may disclose to such person or his solicitor such portion of any report of an auditor, or of any statutory declaration, statement, or other document delivered to the Commissioner under this Part as affects or may affect such person.
A report of an auditor under this Part or a statutory declaration, statement, or other document delivered to the Commissioner under this Part shall be available under the supervision of the Commissioner for inspection by any other auditor appointed to audit the accounts of the same agent for the next succeeding year.
