84 Offences under this Part
A person who contravenes or does not observe any of the foregoing provisions of this Part commits an offence.
Penalty for this subsection:
in the case of an offence against section 68(4) or (5), a fine of $25 000, or 2 years’ imprisonment;
in the case of an offence against section 68B(1), a fine of $50 000;
in any other case, a fine of $25 000.
If an offence against those provisions is committed by a body corporate, the body corporate itself and every director, manager, secretary or other officer of the body corporate who commits, authorises or permits the act or omission constituting the offence, commits the offence.
