19 Further restriction on reward for service
An agent or sales representative must not demand or receive a commission, reward or other valuable consideration from any person for the provision of a service that is —
(a)
greater than the amount agreed in writing with the client; or
(b)
unjust in the circumstances; or
(c)
not initialled on the agreement by the client.
