In this Division —
prescribed amount means $10 000 or such other amount as may be prescribed;
prescribed dispute —
means any matter that may be the subject of an application to the Magistrates Court under this Act; and
includes —
an application to the Magistrates Court under section 15(1A) in relation to a security bond release application, regardless of the amount of the security bond the subject of the application; and
another application to the Magistrates Court under section 15(1A);
but
subject to paragraph (b)(i), does not include an application mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b)(ii) that is, or includes, a claim for an amount over the prescribed amount.
