13C Disclosure of information in compliance with request under Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994
(1)
If the CEO is given a request to disclose information under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994 section 100A, the CEO must disclose information in compliance with the request.
(2)
The information disclosed in compliance with a request referred to in subsection (1) may include the following —
(a)
driver’s licence information;
(b)
permit information;
(c)
vehicle licence information.
(3)
The disclosure of information under subsection (1) is to be free of charge.
