13D Disclosure of incident information to ICWA
(1)
In this section —
ICWA means the Commission as defined in the Insurance Commission of Western Australia Act 1986 section 3.
(2)
The Commissioner of Police may disclose incident information to ICWA.
(3)
Information disclosed under subsection (2) may be used in the performance of ICWA’s functions under the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Act 1943 but not for any other purpose.
(4)
The disclosure of information under subsection (2) is to be free of charge.
