31 Schemes established under agreements between Commonwealth and State taken to be approved assistance schemes
A scheme established under an agreement between the Commonwealth and the State that —
(a)
is approved by the Treasurer;
(b)
provides for financial assistance to be given under the scheme; and
(c)
is administered, with the approval of the Minister, by —
(i)
the Corporation; or
(ii)
a department of the Public Service or an agency or instrumentality of the Crown,
is taken to be an approved assistance scheme.
