Grants of financial assistance

(1)

Subject to the provisions and directions to which subsection (2) applies, the Corporation may grant an application for financial assistance on the terms and conditions that it considers appropriate.

(2)

This subsection applies to —

(a)

the provisions —

(i)

of the approved assistance scheme concerned; and

(ii)

if that scheme is established under an agreement between the Commonwealth and the State — of the agreement;

and

(b)

any directions given to the Corporation by the Minister in relation to the administration of that scheme.
