Issue of warrants by Board

In force

(1)

If this Act empowers the Board to issue a warrant to have a person arrested, it is not necessary for the Board to meet before the warrant is issued.

(2)

A warrant issued by the Board to have a person arrested must be signed by —

(a)

2 members of the Board; or

(b)

the chairperson of the Board if he or she is a judge of the Supreme Court or the District Court.
