196L Default plan for Members
(1)
The Board is to select one of the readymade investment plans as the default plan for Term Allocated Pension Members.
(2)
The Board may change the plan selected as the default plan whenever the Board considers it appropriate to do so.
(3)
The Board must notify all Term Allocated Pension Members of any change made under subregulation (2) before, or as soon as practicable after, the change occurs.
