222 Annual reporting day for Member, Board to select
(1)
For each Member the Board is to select a day to be the Member’s annual reporting day.
(2)
The Board may change a Member’s annual reporting day but any such change must not result in a reporting period being more than 12 months.
(3)
The Board is to notify the Member of the day selected under subregulation (1) and any change in that selection.
(4)
Until the Board selects otherwise a Member’s annual reporting day is 30 June.
