253 Some GES Act provisions discontinued in relation to some schemes
The continued application of —
(a)
the provisions of Parts I (including Schedule 1), VIIA, VIIB and VIII (including Schedule 4) of the GES Act to and in relation to the West State Super Scheme; and
(b)
Parts I (including Schedule 1), IV, V, VI, VII, VIIB and VIII (including Schedule 4) of the GES Act to and in relation to the Gold State Super Scheme,
under section 26(1) of the State Superannuation (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2000 is discontinued.
