85 Voluntary GESB Super Members
A person —
who contributes to the Fund under regulation 94; or
who transfers an amount to the Fund under regulation 96; or

for whom Commonwealth payments are accepted under regulation 93,
becomes a voluntary GESB Super Member when the first such contribution, transfer or payment is accepted by the Board.
A person for whom the Board transfers an amount to the GESB Super Scheme under regulation 96(5) becomes a voluntary GESB Super Member when the amount is transferred.
A person who is not otherwise a GESB Super Member becomes a voluntary GESB Super Member when the Board first receives a non‑government contribution for the benefit of the person.
A worker who is not a GESB Super Member may apply to become a voluntary GESB Super Member.

If a voluntary GESB Super Member becomes a statutory GESB Super Member, the person ceases to be a voluntary GESB Super Member.
