86 Partner GESB Super Members, who are
A person —
for whom contributions are made to the Fund under regulation 95; or
for whom splittable contributions are transferred under regulation 65BB(2)(b), 98(2)(a) or 99,
becomes a partner GESB Super Member when the first such contribution or transfer is accepted by the Board.
If a partner GESB Super Member becomes a statutory GESB Super Member or a voluntary GESB Super Member, the person ceases to be a partner GESB Super Member.
A partner GESB Super Member may elect to withdraw from the GESB Super Scheme by giving notice to that effect to the Board.
