TAB (Disposal) Act 2019

No compensation is payable by or on behalf of the State —

because of the enactment or operation of this Act or for the consequences of its enactment or operation; or

because of any statement or conduct relating to the enactment of this Act; or

in connection with the disposal under this Act of a TAB asset.

Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to —

any consideration payable under an agreement entered into for the purposes of a section 8 disposal; or

any compensation payable in connection with the performance of an obligation arising under an agreement entered into for the purposes of a section 8 disposal.
