20 Registration cards
This regulation applies if the Board implements a registration card system for teachers.
The Board is to ensure that each teacher is given a registration card —
as soon as practicable after the commencement of the registration card system; and
on each grant or renewal of the person’s registration.
A registration card given to a teacher is to contain the following information about the teacher —
the teacher’s full name;
the category of registration that the teacher holds;
the teacher’s registration number;
the date of expiry of the teacher’s registration.
The Board may, at the request of a teacher who has lost a registration card, provide a replacement registration card on payment of the relevant fee set out in Schedule 1.
