20 Warrant not open to challenge while in effect
(1)
While a Commissioner’s warrant has effect, neither the warrant nor a judge’s approval of it can be appealed against, reviewed, quashed, challenged, or called in question, before or by any person acting judicially or a court or tribunal on any account or by any means.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003.
(3)
Subsection (1) does not limit judicial review for jurisdictional error.
