59 Review of Act
In this section —
first anniversary means the day of the first anniversary of the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
The Minister must carry out a review of this Act as soon as is practicable after —
the first anniversary; and
the expiry of each 3 yearly interval after the first anniversary.
The review must review the operation and effectiveness of this Act, whether its provisions are appropriate having regard to its object, and whether it should continue in operation.
The Minister must prepare a report based on the review and, as soon as practicable after it is prepared, cause it to be tabled before each House of Parliament.
